Healthy People, Healthy Planet addresses the growing connection between environmental degradation and human wellbeing. Through live crowdfunding events, TFN supports grassroots charities and social enterprises that deliver practical, community-led solutions. The initiatives funded under this theme focus on restoring ecosystems, creating economic opportunities, and improving mental and physical health in communities experiencing disadvantage.

A Curious Tractor - Working with remote and First Nations communities to co-design essential goods like beds and washing machines that improve health, dignity, and daily living.
Corena - Empowering community organisations to cut emissions and costs through a revolving fund that delivers clean energy upgrades and lasting climate impact.
Farm My School - Transforming underutilised school grounds into regenerative farms that tackle food insecurity and build stronger communities.
